About Study Skills
Each year SWAP East arranges a series of study skills events for current SWAP Students. Study skills events are hosted by our university partners and offer a valuable opportunity to find out about what it’s really like to study at university, get some tips and advice on study skills, speak to university support staff and meet SWAP students who are now studying at university. Feedback from previous years has been overwhelmingly positive; attendees tell us afterwards that they feel more confident, better informed and more enthusiastic about the possibility of going to university.
All registered SWAP students will receive an email invitation to attend the events relevant to your area of study and your location.
At the same time, you can be working on your study skills throughout the year, using our Prep for HE materials, which you are strongly advised to do:
