SWAPWest complaint handling process
Thanks to Glasgow Kelvin College and UWS for assistance in putting together the complaints process. The process has been designed for SWAPWest to look to improve how we better provide service and support to our partners and those interested in returning to education.
Anyone can make a complaint, either verbally or in writing, including face-to-face, by phone,
letter or email. We are using the generic term customer throughout this document.
We will try to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the customer wherever this is possible.
Where this isn’t possible, we will give the customer a clear response to each of their points of
complaint. We will always try to respond as quickly as we can.
For complaints in the first instance contact Kenny Anderson Director by email on swapwest@scottishwideraccess.org
or the Chair of SWAPWest Marcus Ross on marcus.ross@uws.ac.uk
or telephone 0141 564 7206
or write to SWAPWest c/o Glasgow Kelvin College, 123 Flemington Street, Glasgow G21 4TD.
Our detailed policy is available here or in writing by request.
